  4.     Inclusion  of any part of this archive on a CAM DISK, or on the CAM/RCS
  5. BBS is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.

  7.                     THIS IS A BETA TEST VERSION

  9.     It  should  not  be  treated as a release version.  It may take just up
  10. disk space or cause more Lemmings to die, your hard disks to stop spinning,
  11. and  un-expected  visits from old enemies.  It is definitely not guaranteed
  12. to work, and does not come with completed documentation.

  14.     You are also asked NOT to re-distribute this file as newer versions are
  15. always available here.

  17.   If  any  of  the  above  bothers  you, just delete this version from your
  18. system, and forget that it exists.

  22.     Versions of wpl.library other than nn.nn.01 make use of 'KPrintF' debug
  23. statements.  If one is using the internal port (serial.device), they *MUST*
  24. run  SUSHI  which  re-directs  this  output  to  the  appropriate location.
  25. Failure to do so will cause network session failures to occur!
  26.     The  WB  2.1  Version  will NOT give you the full version number of the
  27. library, use instead:  "SEARCH LIBS:wpl.library $VER:"
  28.  
  29.     This  product  is in constant development and is archived automatically
  30. EVERY morning.  In the normal course of development, it is possible that as
  31. new  features  are  added,  bugs  are introduced.  While I strive to remove
  32. these  as quickly as possible, this is not always the case.  In most cases,
  33. it  will be fixed in the next day's archive or in the unarchived version of
  34. a module.  All .rexx and .wplrx modules are freqable under the filename and
  35. are always current.
  36.     Please, READ the History.Shelter file to note changes in configuration,
  37. operation or documentation.

  39.     The  ROOF  System  serves  as  my development testbed for new features.
  40. When I am satisfied with the operation of these features under ROOF, I then
  41. add  them  to  the  freely available Shelter Mailers.  I do not always test
  42. them  though,  that  is  YOUR  job as a BETA Tester.  Please note that I am
  43. famous for 'unmatched quote' errors :)

  45.     Bug reports not submitted and received on the same day as generation of
  46. the  archive,  may  quite possibly be too late.  This is especially true if
  47. the   bug  occurs  on  startup  or  during  normal  sessions.   Bug  Fixes,
  48. enhancements  and  announcements  for  all  Roof  and  Shelter products are
  49. automatically  posted  nightly  in  the ROOF_PROJECT and FALCON_CBCS echos.
  50. These are also prepended to the History file in each archive.  It is highly
  51. recommended  that  all  beta testers receive this echo and read the history
  52. file.   
  53.     Major  announcements  are  posted in the FIDONET echos:
  54.         FALCON_CBCS,  AMY_POINT,  AMIGA_SYSOP,  WELMAT 
  55.     and the AmigaNet echos:
  56.         COMMS_AMY,  NETDEV_AMY,  SYSOP_AMY
  57.     as well as in the usenet newsgroup:
  58.         comp.sys.amiga.datacomm.

  60.     I  find it strange that I have to add this, I had thought this would be
  61. obvious:
  62.         BETA TESTERS SHOULD NOT POST BUG REPORTS IN THESE ECHOS.

  71.     The  compiler  of  the  CAM  disks refused to even consider this freely
  72. available  archive,  nor  even  take  a test drive of any of the many local
  73. systems using one of the versions.
  74.     Therefor,  inclusion  of  any part of this archive on a CAM DISK, or on
  75. the CAM/RCS BBS is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN.
  76.     If you have obtained this archive from one of these sources, there will
  77. be NO support.
